What is E-ticket?
E-ticket is an alternative delivery option for Members who do not wish to receive the season ticket book.

Why choose E-ticket delivery?
It is a convenient and easy way to distribute tickets, giving Members the opportunity to manage their season ticketing on-line.

What are the features of accessing E-ticket via “My Etihad Stadium” account?
Account Manager allows customers to print tickets to applicable sporting events, on a game to game basis. Tickets can be printed in your home or office or forwarded via email to staff and clients.

When will my tickets be available?

How do I print my tickets?
It’s easy! Log on to Account Manager and select the ‘manage my tickets’ option, find the game/event you wish to print and select the ‘print’ option. You will be sent a PDF document that you can then print. Please check the game and date before you distribute the ticket to ensure you have selected the correct date and event.

How do I email my tickets?
Log on to Account Manager www.medallionclub.com.au, select the ‘manage my tickets’ option, find the game/event you want to email and select the ‘email’ option.

Can I track my E-tickets on-line?
Yes your on-line account manager keeps a record of whom you sent tickets to and when they were printed.

What if I lose my E-ticket?
Members should follow the normal procedures and contact The Medallion Club on 1300 650 325 and replacement tickets will be emailed. Members should be cautious when requesting replacement tickets as all original ticket barcodes will be voided and will therefore have no access to the event where tickets have been replaced. Standard lost ticket charges will apply.
