Serge was awarded 1 prestigious Michelin star six months after opening his restaurant ‘Serge Vieira’ in Cantal, France and expectations are high that this will rise to 2 stars in the very near future.

Serge has also been awarded one red star by the Guide Michelin. Red stars are reserved for those chefs the Guide expects to progress rapidly to three star status.
