In honour of the 20th anniversary of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival we are proud to be able to offer Members the opportunity to attend this very special culinary experience.

The Medallion Club has exclusively secured a very limited number of places to learn from one of the best French chefs of recent times, Serge Vieira. Serge was awarded 1 prestigious Michelin star six months after opening his restaurant ‘Serge Vieira’ in Cantal, France and expectations are high that this will rise to 2 stars in the very near future.

Serge has also been awarded one red star by the Guide Michelin. Red stars are reserved for those chefs the Guide expects to progress rapidly to three star status.

So make sure you don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to watch the rising star of French gastronomy in action as Serge shares his creativity and food in an intimate cooking class environment.
