Argentinean powerhouse Boca Juniors will take on Melbourne Victory at Etihad Stadium on Friday 16 July.
The match will be the first time Boca Juniors have played in Australia in the club's 105 year history.
The club is one of the most successful in the world, having won 18 international champions - equal to Italian super club, AC Milan.
Just two days earlier, Melbourne Heart will play its first match against English Premier League club Everton - home of Aussie Tim Cahill.
The match begins at 8pm and gates will open at 6.30pm.
